After earning her degree Peace began her sprawling career in academia at numerous universities in Texas and Georgia where she lectured various courses over a number of years pouring out her skills such as: critical thinking, strategic planning, leadership, mentoring, business management and innovation. Over the course of her academic career Peace develops a special interest in mentoring and discipleship propelling the next phase of her career, Life Coach. As a Life Coach Peace provided training, discipleship, mentoring, and life skills. Dr Amba has coached more than five hundred individuals over the past two decades ranging from age thirteen years to seventy years old. As a Life Coach, Peace Amba J.P. understands the inherent beauty of imperfection, offering guidance and support to individuals and families worldwide while at the same time recognizing that learning happens in all stages of life regardless of one’s age.

In addition to all her endeavors Peace Amba’s entrepreneurial spirit and love for cooking and serving others shines through in her Restaurant, Sweet Sensation Taste of Africa. This business promotes Nigerian cuisine as a medium for cultural integration and community bonding. This community bonding serves people from all over the United States a taste of African cuisine educating the world on the West African food culture, she also engages in community outreaches feeding the homeless in Atlanta, GA providing encouragement to the less fortunate.Dr.Peace Amba J.P. understands that being an entrepreneur is not only about being financially successful but also about giving back to the community.

This journey through personal hardship and triumph became the springboard for Dr. Amba’s literary success. In 2021, she became an accomplished author with her book Made Complete in Christ, published by AuthorHouse. In this seminal work, Dr. Amba delves into the profound relationship between God and man, illustrating how the divine connection surpasses all human relationships. Through her book, she emphasizes that no human bond can ever replace the unique and transformative relationship between divinity and humanity.
Dr. Peace Amba’s leadership is further exemplified by her role as the International Medical/Health Service Director of International Parliament for Safety Peace and Justice-United Nation, where she reflects her commitment to global peace and justice initiatives. Since taking on this role she has worked with the United Nations (UN) in Mexico, Haiti and Nigeria. In Mexico Peace Her significant contributions to humanity have been recognized internationally, underscoring her role as a catalyst for positive change. Her impactful work has earned her the following prestigious awards: Humanitarian Award in 2017,Mother Dorcas Award in 2021,GAH Awards in 2022, and Humanitarian Outreach Appreciation Award in 2023 from the Queen of Haiti.
Dr. Peace Amba JP. is a distinguished philanthropist, entrepreneur, educator, and vision leader. She embodies a profound dedication to spiritual enlightenment, empowerment, and humanitarian service. Born in Nigeria and raised in Lagos, her early life was marked by a thirst for knowledge driving her to obtain multiple degrees in Nigeria. This same thirst for knowledge and developing a deep spiritual calling, setting her apart, was one of the bases for her migrating to the United States to continue her education.
Organizations Founded
Established in 2012 Peace Amba Ministry is a place of hope, solace and spiritual empowerment for both men, women as well as children. As Peace Amba Ministries continued transforming and impacting lives the ministry gave birth to Haven of Rest Orphanage and Youth Center in 2015 establishing orphanages in Kisii, Kenya and Eldoret, Kenya. Countless children in these provinces were provided food, shelter, and hope. Before Peace stepped into the lives of these children they were sleeping on rice bags and bathing in the same water where cattles were drinking from. Haven of Rest Orphanage and Youth Center offered life to and light to children who lost hope of experiencing a normal childhood.
Dr. Amba continued with her mission she started in Kenya “ save a child, save a generation” her country Nigeria, specifically, Uyo where she saw the deprivation of children living as street urchins or being exiled to the forest due to being labeled “witches.” Seeing the urgent need to rescue these vulnerable children Peace establishes Haven of Rest Orphanage and Youth Center in Uyo where she feeds, houses, mentors and educates these orphans and abandoned children. Throughout her dedication to the children at Haven of Rest Orphanage and Youth Center Peace’s humanitarian spirit bypasses the biases and stigmas associated with these children giving them hope and love.
Dr Amba’s philanthropy shines as she begins providing micro grants to local market women to re-invest into their business. By doing this she not only supports local small businesses increasing profits thereby re-investing the profits into the economy of Akwa Ibom State.
Dr. Peace Amba, having endured emotional and physical abuse earlier in her life, is deeply committed to supporting women and children who have experienced abuse, battering, and trauma. She established shelters that serve not only as safe havens but also as sanctuaries designed to guide them through life-altering situations. Through trauma-informed counseling, Dr. Amba helps survivors of domestic violence and various forms of abuse heal and rebuild their lives.
Her legacy is characterized by a profound impact on communities, governments, and international organizations, championing unity, justice, and spiritual renewal on a global scale. And she’s far from finished making waves around the world.
